. CSD had to face problems because of the ways in which there had been the experience of confusion caused by Bioglass. This is because there had been a confusion created by Bioglass while understanding the difference between seniority of organizational members and experience gained by organizational members. There had also been the KSAOs observed to not be dependent on each other because of the independence of the KSAOs from each other. This had created the variance in the KSAOs (Heneman, Judge & Kammeyer-Mueller, 2019). The effects on the contracts of CSD because of Tom’s existence in his old position had also been a cause for CSD to face problems.
